NEW IN 3.6
- Throw an ab set in between your leg sets. Tapping another routine while a workout is running now offers to add that routine's exercises to the workout you're already in, and takes you straight to the first one. Nothing you've logged is touched, and you never have to finish a workout just to log something else
- Measure everything in one go. Body → Measure → + opens one form with every measurement you track: fill in what you measured and tap Save once, and it lands as a single entry instead of one row per tape measure. Each field shows your last value beside it, and a blank field logs nothing. Tap an entry to open the same form again and correct a number, add one you forgot, or clear a field to drop it. Measurements from the original app are grouped the same way
- Fix a weight you typed wrong. Tap any entry in Body → Weight to change the weight, body fat, date or note — until now the only way to correct one was to delete it and log it again. Entries that came from Apple Health can be corrected here too
- Bodyweight exercises now get their records like everything else. Do more chin-ups, dips or push-ups than you ever have and the trophy stays with the workout — in your history, on the finish summary, on your watch and on a shared card, not just for the moment you logged it. And matching your last session no longer counts as beating it: a set that ties your best is a good set, not a record
- Records sound again. Beat your heaviest weight, your best estimated 1RM or your best set of reps and the trophy now arrives with a short sound as well as the buzz — the way the original app marked a record. It follows your ringer switch, so a silenced phone stays silent and still buzzes, and there's a Record Sound switch in Settings if you'd rather it didn't. Only a real record makes it, and warm-ups never count
- Your watch can show you what you did last time. The button that lists today's sets now has a "Last time" section holding that exercise's sets from your previous session and the date they came from. Tap one to load it into the entry fields and repeat it — and it works with your iPhone nowhere near
- Moving from Strong or Hevy? The importer now asks which units a Strong file uses instead of assuming your settings, brings your RPE across from both, and reads the real workout length out of a Hevy export, so an hour in the gym reads as an hour. CSV export gained an RPE column to match
FIXED
- The keyboard on the logging screen closes the way you'd expect. Scroll your sets, tap the page, or swipe to another exercise — any of them puts it away. Before this the only way out was a Done button tucked between the entry fields, which several people never found
