Questions, problems, ideas — email support@gymlogplus.com and you'll be talking directly to the developer.
The fastest path is inside the app: Settings → Feedback → Report a Problem. It pre-fills an email with a diagnostics report (app version, device, and recent log lines — never your workout data) that usually tells us exactly what happened. You can review everything before sending.
If you're emailing directly instead, attaching that report helps enormously: Settings → Support → Diagnostics → Copy Diagnostics, then paste it into your message.
Yes. Your original purchase is honored for life. If Settings doesn't already show “Pro — Original purchase”, tap Restore Purchases in Settings → Gym Log+ Pro. If it still shows Free, email us — we'll sort it out.
On first launch after the update, the app offers to import every workout, routine, custom exercise, body log, and progress photo you ever recorded. Nothing is deleted from the old data. If you skipped the import, it's waiting in Settings → Data → Import.
Yes, and it's free. Export a workout CSV from your old app, then in Gym Log+ go to Settings → Data → Import Data → Import a CSV… — the full steps, and exactly what does and doesn't carry over, are on the import page.
Open Gym Log+ on your iPhone with your watch nearby — routines travel straight from your iPhone to your watch, so they arrive within seconds of the two being in range. You only need to do this after changing a routine; at the gym the watch works on its own with the phone left behind.
Sign both devices into the same iCloud account and your data syncs
automatically — or export a full backup (Settings → Data → Export
Backup) and open the .gymbackup file on the new device.
