NEW IN 3.4
- Switch profiles right from the workout screen: the new person menu lists your most recent profiles and shows what each one is up to — the running workout, how long it's been going, sets logged. Switching mid-workout drops you into that profile's own workout, exactly where it left off — made for trainers moving between clients on the floor, and just as handy on a shared family phone
- Rest timers now run per profile: switch away and the countdown keeps going — its "Rest over" arrives on time, named for whoever it belongs to, and tapping the alert opens their workout, ready to log
- The "Still working out?" reminder now watches every profile's running workout, not just the one on screen — finish or discard right from the notification, without touching the workout you're in
- Copy a routine to All Profiles in one tap — every profile gets its own copy, targets and notes included, filed into a matching folder. A trainer handing a program to clients, or the whole family on one plan
- Your totals for the exercise you're on now sit under your sets while you log — and each past day closes with the same line, so today's effort reads against last time's at a glance. Tap today's line for the exercise's full numbers, straight from the log screen
- Your routine's targets show while you log: a Plan line right under the exercise name — tap it to load the plan into the entry fields, or tap Edit to change the targets mid-workout. The routine keeps the change for next time
- On Apple Watch, workouts you start on the wrist now land on the profile your iPhone is set to — the start screen says whose — and the sets button shows what's left, "2/3" against your routine's target
