NEW
- What's New lives in the app now. After an update, a card on the Workout tab says what changed, and the notes stay in Tips & Help. Nothing pops up when you open the app, and nothing interrupts a workout
- Skip for Today: skip an exercise during a workout, or before you start from the routine's preview, and auto-advance passes it by. Finish your last exercise and the workout offers to finish instead of going back to the one you skipped. Logging a set on it brings it back, and your routine isn't changed
- History can show one routine's workouts, calendar dots included, with the routine's Stats a tap away
- This Workout shows each exercise's picture, so you can find the next one at a glance
- Your watch shows "Last time" for any exercise from your last ten workouts, not only the ones in a routine, and fills it in for you
- Discard Workout sits in its own section at the bottom of the workout menu, apart from Finish, and still asks before discarding anything
