NEW
- Finish your workout with Siri. Say "Finish my workout in Gym Log+" and it's finished and saved just as the Finish button does it, Apple Health included, then its summary opens. It's in the Shortcuts app too, beside Start a Workout
- A note on any exercise. "Seat 4, pin 7" shows under the exercise's name every time you log it on your iPhone, and at the top of its page. Add one from the ••• menu while you log, or from the exercise's page. It syncs with iCloud and is kept in backups
- Your whole workout on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: the exercise you're on, sets done out of the plan, and how long you've been training. A rest or hold timer still takes over while it runs
- Recovery, on Stats: which muscles are still recovering and which are ready, in days, with the exercises behind each. It follows a rule of thumb by muscle size, not a measurement, and never stops you training
- If you rate your sets (RPE or RIR), each exercise's Progress chart has an Effort view, and your best set on the logging screen says how hard it was: "Best 5 × 225 lb · RPE 9 · 9/28/26"
- Sled Push, Sled Pull, Wall Ball, Burpee Broad Jump, Sandbag Lunge and Ball Slams join the library — every HYROX station can now be logged
- Routine weights you can actually load. A barbell target your plates can't make, like 137.5 lb without 1.25s, now shows as the heaviest weight they can, the one the plate calculator would load, and weight suggestions land on loadable weights too. The number you typed is kept for when your plates change
- Plates can be retired from their edit screen (Settings → Equipment → Plates), and bands deleted from theirs
FIXED
- A workout you typed in afterwards can now take its real start and end times. Before, the end couldn't go earlier than the moment you entered the sets
