NEW
- Assisted pull-up, chin-up and dip machines no longer count the counterweight as weight lifted. Choose Tracked as → Assisted Weight & Reps and sets read "10 × 40 lb assist", and a heavier counterweight stops counting as a record, as volume or as your heaviest lift. Switch an exercise you already use and its past sets are read the same way, with no numbers changed
- Less assistance is the record. Drop a counterweight step, or do more reps at your lowest assistance yet, and you earn the trophy. Stats, the finish summary, History, recaps and your watch all follow it, and the exercise page charts Assistance so getting stronger climbs
- With a body weight logged, each assisted set shows the weight you actually lift beside it: "10 × 40 lb assist · ≈140 lb"
- Progression suggestions on an assisted machine offer one step less assistance when you hit your targets, all the way down to none
- Machine-Assisted Pull Up, Chin Up and Dip join the library, tracked as assisted from the first set
- Your CSV export marks assisted sets, and importing from Strong keeps the weight on its assisted sets
