NEW
- Rate a set's effort. Turn on Settings → Logging → Effort Scale and a small chip on the logging screen takes an RPE (how hard, 6–10) or an RIR (reps left in the tank, 0–5). It shows under the set and in History, rides along when you share a workout as text, and can be added to any past set. Off by default — the logging screen is unchanged unless you ask for it. If you imported from another app, the effort you logged there was kept, and it shows now
- Your training calendar on the widget. The medium Today widget now draws the last four weeks as a grid of days, beside the week's count and your streak
- Share a finished workout as text or CSV. The Share button on the finish summary is a menu now — the image card, a plain-text summary, the CSV, or Copy Summary
FIXED
- Your watch starts the workout you began on a locked phone. Starting from Control Center, a Shortcut or a notification while the iPhone was locked left the wrist dark; the request is kept now and runs the moment you unlock
- The watch's LOG button no longer runs under the timer and Today buttons in the bottom corners
